Skypass Elite, LLC (“Skypass Elite”) is a for-rent-by-owner advertising company. Skypass Elite utilizes a variety of advertising techniques to connect buyers, renters, and sellers, offering services to timeshare owners who wish to rent out or sell their timeshare properties. The Skypass Elite marketing package rate can cost up to $9,995.00 (USD) per property, depending on the parameters of ownership interest. Marketing expenses are due upon activation of services.

Refunds/Cancellations:

Owners are entitled to a full refund of the advertising fee within ten business days of receiving confirmation. Owners are requested to notify Skypass Elite of cancellations either by physical mail or email. Physical mail can be sent to Skypass Elite at 500 State Road 436, Ste #2050, Casselberry, FL 32707, and emails can be sent to [email protected]. Confirmation will be sent to the customer after payment is submitted and a signed contract is received. Properties will be listed within 72 hours of voice-recorded payment authorization and verification. The initial term of advertising is ninety (90) days.

Skypass Elite will continue advertising the property at no additional cost until it is rented, upon written or verbal notification. Owners must provide notification of any requested extension to Skypass Elite before the end of the ninety (90) day period and before the expiration of each subsequent ninety (90) day period thereafter.

Skypass Elite does not provide or engage in real estate broker services. As Skypass Elite does not offer real estate services, it has sold zero (0) timeshare properties. Additionally, Skypass Elite clients may receive offline rental offers directly from prospective renters, but Skypass Elite is not aware of the exact percentage of offers converted to rentals. Skypass Elite has no knowledge of the average success rate of listings being rented, as it is not involved in negotiations, transactions, or procurement of buyers for timeshare interests.

There is no guarantee that any particular timeshare interest can be rented at a specific price or within a certain time frame. Any offers submitted by prospective buyers through Skypass Elite’s advertising services will be promptly forwarded to the timeshare owner. Upon receipt of an offer, the timeshare owner can choose to handle the transaction independently or retain an external broker or closing company. If an owner opts to retain a broker or closing agent, additional fees may apply, which Skypass Elite does not control.

Skypass Elite is NOT affiliated with any timeshare resort or external entities, including but not limited to RCI or Interval International. Skypass Elite operates as an independent for-rent-by-owner advertising company.

Skypass Elite is not licensed to provide real estate services within the State of California or elsewhere in the United States.
